since you asked how I find stuff for my blog: well, there's different ways I go about it. Sometimes I'll just browse Etsy until I find something good. Sometimes I'll discover a new site/shop via someone else's blog. Sometimes I can't even remember how I found something, because I have SO many websites bookmarked. They're never-ending :)
