I want i apologize right away for the incredibly cheesy title of this post, it popped into my head & i decided to go with it.
Have you ever tryed hot yoga?
Well this morning was my first class.
I signed up for ten days unlimited for only $20.
I was so excited to get started.
I had planned to go every day for the next ten days......
It was a 90 min class in a room somewhere between 100 and 120 degrees.
After about 30 mins i had to run out of the room because i got so nauseous.
I spent the rest of the class sitting on the floor in the bathroom feeling like i was going to throw up.
I was gone so long that the male instructor knocked on the bathroom door to see if i was alright.
Maybe i didn't drink enough water? i really want to like it!
The instructor told me its totally normal to feel nauseous the first few classes....
I'm gonna skip tomorrow and give it another try on Wednesday morning.

I am not a yoga person, but know a few people who are. This is normal. It will take your body a couple of tries I think.

I have heard a lot of great things about hot yoga and have considered trying it but I don't really like to be hot when I work out (like, I don't like treadmills because they are inside and not outside where there is a breeze). I don't really like feeling nauseous either...Let me know if it gets better!
How is hot yoga going? Did you ever go back? I have only done regular yoga in a nice, comfy temperature regulated room. Hot yoga sounds like well, as hot as hell! But I do know people who enjoy it. I am with Amanda--I don't like to be hot when I work out.
