please help fina cook!

pretty, pretty, pretty please

I am in desperate need of recipe suggestions.

I'd really like to start cooking dinner more often but i have trouble getting ideas.

I often look through the gazillion recipes on allrecipes.com but still come up empty handed.

I would LOVE it if any of you would be sweet enough to let me in on some of YOUR favorite recipes.

There is a shiny new slow cooker sitting in my kitchen that has yet to be used, any recipes for that would be greatly appreciated as well!

eagerly anticipating some kind responses

Lovies,

Fina

Here's my baked spaghetti recipe: It's super easy!

Boil a box of spaghetti.

Brown a pound of ground beef and saute it with some chopped onions.

Add cooked beef to a jar of spaghetti sauce and simmer while noodles are cooking.

Pour cooked noodles in a rectangular dish. Top with parmesan cheese.

Pour sauce on top of noodles. Top with more parmesan cheese...

and finally...top with a bag of shredded mozzarella.

Bake at 375 for 30-45 min. Take out before the cheese gets too brown. Enjoy!

My favorite isn't really a 'recipe' but more easy-

brown rice
kale, cooked in OO in a pan until crispy
chicken, seasoned and sea salted

YUM

Enchiladas are really easy -
pour 1/2 an of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a cake pan
Use corn or flour tortillas and fill individually with refried beans, grated cheese and anything else you like (cubed chicken, corn, ground beef, etc) - roll the tortillas and line them up in the pan
Cover with the rest of the enchilada sauce and a whole bunch of grated cheese
Cover and bake for about 1/2 hour on 350.
Easy!
