As of late, I've been in an incredibly "ignorant" state .... (i really didn't mean for that to ryhme!)
This quote is spot on..... it's so silly to make every little thing seem like an emergency.
Lately i can't help feeling stressed/ anxious about everything.
I need to make a serious attempt at some relaxation ( i need be less "stupid"!)

That is so true. I stress about way too many things way to easily. It's not just ineffective. it's unhealthy too. thanks for bringing it up! from now on i will try to take a deep breath. time for yoga!

I find writing helps and talking and petting my cats and sometimes, yes, a glass of wine!

I was taking Calm U Nat and I wrote about it on my blog. The funny thing is when people search Calm U Nat, my blog comes up in the search engine!

I feel like the poster child for anxiety!
