This week i heart.....

Have i written this before? Possibly but that's OK, i love a good sloooow stretch. Not only is it calming but it keeps me quite flexible.

The Amazing Adventures of Diet Girl
In an attempt to save money on buying books, i headed down to the library last weekend. I've been squeezing in reading time whenever i can and I'm liking this book alot. The girl (Shauna) takes us along w/ her as she struggles to lose a ton of weight.She's Australian and i just love the way she writes. (totally makes my recent obsession w/ 2 lbs seem nonsensical, which it is......)

Kashi Dark Chocolate & Coconut Granola Bars
I just ate one this morning and it was DELISH, yum yum in my tum!

i know this is a day late... so i guess it's technically a TILF ( things i love friday?) that doesn't really sound as good though!

I struggle to lose about 10lbs and then I watch the biggest loser and I feel like such a loser. ;0
stretching is good...that is why cats do it so much.
